Hi, I’m Deborah, the owner and gardener behind Wattle & Bloom Coastal Garden Care.

I’m a professionally qualified horticulturist with a Diploma in Horticulture from Ryde TAFE, and I have a particular interest in Australian native plants and the unique challenges of gardening on the Central Coast.

I started Wattle & Bloom because I believe gardens deserve more than simply being kept tidy. A well-cared-for garden should be healthy, considered and suited to the people who live there. I take the time to understand each garden, its plants and its individual needs.

I provide reliable, respectful and personalised garden care, with a particular appreciation for established gardens and homeowners who want someone they can trust to look after their garden properly.

Services include regular and one-off garden maintenance, pruning and shaping, planting, lawn care, weeding, garden tidy-ups and garden renovations.

Whether your garden needs regular attention, a seasonal tidy-up or some help bringing an established garden back into shape, I’m happy to provide practical horticultural advice and quality garden care with attention to detail.

As a qualified horticulturist, I take a considered approach to pest, disease and weed management. Where practical, I aim to reduce the use of chemicals and choose lower-impact solutions that are appropriate for the garden, its plants and the environment.
